Rose Luttenberger Caruso is Director of Advocacy at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES).  Ms. Luttenberger Caruso leads the organization’s advocacy efforts and partners with key stakeholders including the U.S. Congress, U.S. government agencies, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations to advance practical and innovative policies to secure a climate-resilient world.

Ms. Luttenberger Caruso has more than a decade of experience advancing environmental policy. She began her career working for senior members of Congress, including Chairman Sandy Levin (D-Mich.) of the House Ways and Means Committee and Chairman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-N.J.) of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. As the lead environmental staffer for these members, Ms. Luttenberger advised them on a range of regulatory and legislative efforts related to renewable energy, nature-based solutions, and sustainable infrastructure. Most recently, she was on the Policy and Government Affairs team at World Wildlife Fund, an organization dedicated to sustaining the natural world for people and wildlife. 

Ms. Luttenberger Caruso has a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University, where she studied political science.
