Direct Air Capture: A Guide to Private Sector Planning

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has pointed to the need for a negative emissions strategy to limit rising global average temperature and meet Paris Agreement targets. However, reversing the impact of past emissions will require large-scale removal of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, raising stakes for the promising potential of direct air capture (DAC).

How might DAC factor into private sector climate actions? What is the business case for DAC? This webinar will explore the technology and cost pathways for developing DAC, remaining challenges, what policies might have an impact, and the role it may play in private sector climate planning.
